Cooking Tips

This specialty cut, also known as a bone-in ribeye, is French-trimmed to showcase a clean, polished rib-bone "handle" extending from the meat. Richly marbled and exceptionally tender, this cut delivers bold flavor and juicy texture - perfect for grilling, pan-searing, or roasting.
